ROCKY POINT OFFERS FLY FISHING YEAR-ROUND
For years it’s been famous for the fabulous bonito fishing in the harbors clear waters. Today, Rocky Point is the only fly shop located on the water in Southern California offering the widest variety of saltwater fly patterns, quality tackle and gear for the saltwater fly fishing enthusiast. For beginners and those traveling light, we have quality rental tackle available and expert advice or instruction.

We offer skiff fishing and charters to adjacent waters including
Palos Verdes (15 minutes) and Catalina Island (about an hour away). Catch everything from calico bass here in the harbor to a scrappy yellowtail or 100 pound mako shark in the clear offshore waters. If you plan to spend a little time, we can customize fishing/accommodation packages to suit your needs. They can include Hotel accommodations and either skiff or charter fishing.And, if you seek exotic saltwater opportunities for bonefish, permit or tarpon, talk to us about destinations not offered by other fly shops.
