Whether fishing for kelp-paddy yellows from a custom built fishing machine, or fighting bonito in King Harbor with a 7-weight, Rocky Point has a fly-fishing experience for just about everyone.

Flyway
Flyway was designed specifically for offshore fly-fishing. She’s 27’ long, sports 30-knot speed, a tower for spotting fertile kelp paddies and nothing on deck to hang up shooting lines. Flyway is available on a limited basis for catch-and-release fly-fishing only. She is skippered by Rocky Point owner, Dick Acker. For details please give us a call.

Skiff Fishing within King Harbor
For years King Harbor has been recognized as capital of the bonito fishing kingdom. Although their numbers have dwindled like so many other species, the bonito fishery lives on. Other species including calico bass and halibut are here as well. Our 14-foot fiberglass skiffs provide a great casting platform. They have a broad, flat bottoms making them safe and stable vessels.
